Description: Provide 13,000 units of variety of sizes and the appropriate infrastructure to create a livable, modern, sustainable community. Key Features: Enhanced role of the pedestrian; Community Gardens; Public Spaces and Parks; Vehicular noise and pollution reduction; Variety of Vistas, house, building & street types. Definition of the street edge to support sense of pride at individual block locals.
